The HFL high-temperature furnaces are characterised by their lining with robust light refractory bricks. These models are recommended for processes producing aggressive gases or acids, such as under glass melting.
- Robust refractory brick insulation and special backing insulation
- Furnace floor made of lightweight refractory bricks accommodates high charge weights
- Defined application within the constraints of the operating instructions
- NTLog Basic for Nabertherm controller: Recording of process data with USB-flash drive
- Protective grid in front of the heating elements prevents mechanical damage
- Gas supply system for non-flammable protective or reaction gases
The furnaces are equipped with the P470 professional controller with LC display, featuring 50 freely adjustable programs and 40 segments and 2 to 6 extra functions. These controllers are PID microprocessor controlled with a self-diagnostic system and integrated process documentation. All units require 400 V three-phase power supply (400 V 3/N/PE).
Uwaga: Heating occurs only between two phases and external dimensions vary when furnace is equipped with additional equipment.
Note: Maximum continuous operating temperature should be 50 °C below the maximum temperature of the model shown in the table above.
